Workout Plan for June 2-June 8

Sunday: Bikram Yoga 

Monday: AM - Run 7 miles, PM - Swim 1000 yds (300 yd warm up, 5X100yd w/ 1 min rest in between, 200yd cool down)

Tuesday: AM - Personal Training Session/ 20 miles (45 mins) Spinning; PM - Swim 1000 yds (300 yd warm up, 10X50 yds w/ 1 min rest in between, 200 yd cool down)

Wednesday: AM - 3.5 mile Hill Run Workout (1 mile warm up, 0.15 mile @ 9% Incline, 0.10 Mile walk @ 0% incline, 1 mile cool down) PM: Bikram Yoga

Thursday: AM - Personal Training Session/ 20 miles (45 mins) Spinning; PM - Swim 1000 yds (300 yd warm up, 500 yd hard swim, 200 yd cool down)

Friday: REST DAY

Saturday: 8-mile Long Run
